Today the speedy bird, the hectatrex launches on www.patreon.com/Solkesh ! And if like me you checked out the second season of Prehistoric Planet, you can imagine this plains running feathered fiend chasing down prey like those beautifully long feathered raptors did in...nearly every episode.

The speculative evolution behind this one is base it from the genus of a Secretary Bird, their long legs and quick moving body was a great starting point to design this creature.
