Argustaur

Despite its heavy gait the Argustaur makes for a successful ambush predator in the high fields of the Broken Plains. With its varied omnivorous diet and whip fast neck extension for quick prey snares this large creature rarely goes hungry. Though quick on its hoofed feet and armoured with a segmented shell this terrestrial reptile still bears resemblance to its tortoise ancestors.
